Hotel in Österlen

1992 was the year when Innkeeper Anders Cederberg set foot in Brösarp Inn & SPA for the first time. The inn had gone bankrupt, but Anders fell in love with the Inn anyway, and the Inn with him.

Anders decided to purchase it and has since, with joy, transformed the inn into what it is today. A place that is accessible to everyone — a meeting place for nobility, clergy, bourgeoisie, and farmers alike.

The inn, which first opened its doors in 1684 (but was rebuilt in stages between 1885 and 1895), now has thirty-two rooms, a newly built SPA, and is a well-established conference facility.

Here, the authentic tradition of innkeeping from Skåne thrives! We care for our guests with great generosity, and every meal is a celebration. We source our ingredients from our neighbors, the closer, the better.​
 

Today, Anders' daughter Hanna and son-in-law Pontus continue to run Brösarp Inn in the spirit of Anders. They have the support of the fantastic staff who are passionate about taking care of the guests.
