The Restaurant at Brösarps Inn
We source our food from our neighbors! That is, the local farmers and breeders. Ducks, roosters, lambs, asparagus, fish, and much more. It can't get fresher, more tender, and healthier than this. And yes, wild boar is still on the menu...
Remember to always reserve a table if you want to dine with us. Our restaurant is often busy, so booking a table will help you avoid waiting.
OPENING HOURS
The times below refer to our kitchen opening hours. The restaurant remains open as long as there are guests who would like to enjoy something good to drink.
1 January – 28 June and 16 August – 31 December 2026
Monday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Friday–Saturday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
The restaurant is closed for food service every Saturday and Sunday between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM. If you would like to enjoy a drink, the bar remains open. On certain weekdays with a high number of reservations, we may also be closed for food service between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM. If you would like to know the arrangements for the day of your visit, please give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.
Summer Season – 29 June to 15 August 2026
Every day: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
During the summer, the restaurant is closed for food service every day between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM. The bar remains open for guests who wish to enjoy a drink. Please note that the latest time to reserve a table is 30 minutes before the kitchen closes.
Special Opening Hours
22 December 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM
23–25 December The restaurant is completely closed for the Christmas holidays.
31 December
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM We serve only our famous Egg Cake (Äggakaga). Last orders at 2:00 PM.
3:00 PM – 6:30 PM The restaurant is closed.
From 6:30 PM The restaurant reopens for our New Year's Eve Dinner. More information is available if you call our reception.
1 January 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM We serve only our classic dishes: Äggakaga, Pork Ribs, the Blue Plate, and our Weekend Lunch.
6:00 PM – 8:30 PM We serve our two-, three-, and four-course dinner menus, as well as dishes from our à la carte menu.

Weekend Lunch is served on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM.

We have a variety of evening menus to choose from. We offer two-, three-, and four-course menus almost year-round. Additionally, during the Skåne 'Goose Season,' we have a traditional Skåne goose dinner, and during the Christmas season, we serve a Christmas buffet. Every New Year's, we also host a grand New Year's dinner!

The Wine Cellar
We love beverages!
Our beer list is extensive, featuring beers from local breweries as well as from other parts of the country and the world. But then we also have our treasure, our wine cellar with more wines than we can count. Here, we store, taste, and select wines for the evening's dinners and menus. We choose the house wine with care; it should represent us and harmonize with our food while appealing to a broad audience. Therefore, our House Wine is not the cheapest on the wine list; it's the wine we want to highlight, offering value for what you get. The selection of wine, beer, and beverages may vary, and we are always happy to introduce new favorites from time to time. We hope you can find your favorite with us!
